Split & Broken  : 7/8 or less of complete whole kernel at least 1/8 inch in diameter
Serious Defects : Includes decay, rancidity, insect injury and mould damage
Insect: Insect, web, frass, or definite evidence of feeding
Other Defects   : Gum: more than 1/4 inch in diameter
Shrivelling: Less than 3/4 pellicle filled
